These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and SexKitty ("SexKitty", "we", "us") governing your use of our website and AI companion services (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

The Service is adult-only entertainment. You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and meet SexKitty's requirement of being 21 or older, that you have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, and that adult content is lawful where you access it. We may use age-assurance measures and terminate accounts that fail them.

2. The Service

SexKitty provides AI-generated conversational companions that can reply with text, voice, and images. Companions are fictional and not real people. The Service is provided for personal entertainment only and must not be relied on for advice of any kind.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your account (including any sign-in link) secure and for all activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use via our contact form.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and in accordance with our Content Policy. Without limitation, you must not generate prohibited content, attempt to bypass safety measures, reverse engineer or scrape the Service, resell access, overload our systems, or use the Service to harm others.

5. Credits, payments and consumer rights

• Virtual credits / tokens are a limited, non-transferable, revocable licence to access features. They have no cash value and are not a currency.
• Prices are shown before purchase. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; their terms also apply.
• EU/UK right of withdrawal: for digital content and services, by starting to use credits immediately you request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once delivery/performance has begun with your consent. Unused, unactivated purchases may be refundable where required by law.
• We may change pricing and credit costs prospectively; changes do not affect credits already purchased.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, characters, and branding, is owned by SexKitty or its licensors. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service. Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use media you generate for personal, lawful purposes; you must not use our characters or brand to imply endorsement or for commercial redistribution.

7. AI disclaimer

AI output is automatically generated and may be inaccurate, offensive, or inconsistent. Companions are not sentient and do not represent real individuals or professional advisers. You are responsible for how you use any output.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protections.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SexKitty is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SexKitty harmless from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or the Content Policy, to comply with law, or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time via our contact form.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the SexKitty operator is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence within the EU/EEA or UK. EU consumers may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and material changes may be notified in-product. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
