Content Policy

SexKitty is an adult, fantasy entertainment service. Our companions are AI-generated, fictional characters — they are not real people. This policy sets out what is and isn't allowed. By using SexKitty you agree to follow it.

1. Adults only

• You must be at least 18 years old. SexKitty additionally requires all users to be 21 or older.
• All AI characters are written and depicted as fictional adults aged 21 or over.
• You may not attempt to make any character appear, behave, or be described as a minor.

2. Everything here is AI-generated fiction

Conversations, voices, and images are produced by artificial intelligence in line with the EU AI Act's transparency expectations. Companions have no real identity, feelings, or consciousness, and nothing they say is professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Treat all interactions as fantasy.

3. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not request, generate, upload, or share content that:

• Sexualises, depicts, or references minors in any way (including "age play", school settings, or youthful descriptors intended to imply a minor).
• Depicts non-consensual acts, including rape, coercion, or sexual content involving someone who cannot consent.
• Impersonates or sexualises a real, identifiable person without their consent (including celebrities, acquaintances, or anyone you can name or describe to identify).
• Involves bestiality, incest, or other content that is illegal in applicable jurisdictions.
• Promotes, facilitates, or instructs illegal activity, trafficking, terrorism, or serious violence.
• Contains extreme gore, glorification of self-harm or suicide, or otherwise seeks to cause real-world harm.
• Harasses, defames, doxxes, blackmails, or threatens any real person.
• Infringes intellectual-property rights or breaches another person's privacy.

4. Use of generated media

Media you generate is for your personal, lawful use within SexKitty. You must not present AI-generated media as real, use it to deceive or defame, or distribute it in any way that breaks the law or this policy.

5. Moderation and enforcement

We may use automated and human moderation to detect prohibited content. We can refuse, filter, or remove content and may suspend or terminate access for violations. Serious or illegal violations may be reported to law enforcement, and we will preserve relevant records where legally required.

6. Reporting

If you encounter content that breaches this policy, or believe content involves a real person or a minor, report it immediately through our contact form so we can act quickly.

7. Changes

We may update this Content Policy. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
